What is an Italian Soda?

An Italian Soda is a cold, sparkling drink - and when made right is more healthy and more refreshing than normal soda. At events catered by The Funky Brewster, Italian Sodas are made with all-natural flavored syrup combined with club soda (sparkling water) and ice.

Daily cream (half and half) can be mixed in to create an Italian Cream Soda (also known as a Creamosa or French Soda). Typically, an Italian Cream Soda would be topped off with delicious whipped cream for a creamier texture.

You will see Italian Sodas on the menus of many coffeehouses around the United States.
